How to Use Company Background Checks as a Marketing Tool

If you’re in a service industry — cleaning, caregiving, even home/office repairs — you know you need to background screen every employee.  But did you realize that you can use the background screening as a marketing tool?

Customers want to know that any service providers, especially those who have access to items in their homes or workplaces, have been cleared.  They desire to be assured that, yes, the individuals who will be in and around their most private documents and expensive personal items (e.g., jewelry, electronics, kids’ piggybanks) are trustworthy and without drug convictions or criminal pasts.
